With more than 28 years of leadership expertise across various domains, Houston boasts a rich history of service on numerous boards and commissions at local, county, and state levels. His involvement spans safety, zoning, city governance, economic development, operations, and risk management, among other sectors. Houston is the proprietor of Brittain Risk Management Services, while he and his wife, Jennifer, are the proud owners of Brittain Farms. They cherish their family life with three amazing children and a precious grandchild.

With a 25-year career focused on community development in North America and the Cherokee Nation, Evett Barham now serves at the Pryor Area Chamber of Commerce, demonstrating her commitment to local growth. A key contributor to the FranklinCovey Education model, she bridges the gap between education and the workforce, contributing to resilient community building. Passionate about leadership, she guides self-discovery and collaborates with organizations to enhance effectiveness. Based in Pryor, Oklahoma, with her husband Doug, their three daughters and 2 grandchildren, Evett is enthusiastic about the Chamber's vital role in unlocking the community's and members' full potential.

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO at the Pryor Area Chamber of Commerce, Emmalyn plays a crucial role in enhancing community engagement. From expertly organizing events to managing the PACC social media presence, her skills contribute to the Pryor Area Chamber of Commerce’s success. Beyond the office, Emmalyn and her husband Tyecin, are youth pastors at Your Place Church and actively participate in community outreaches, fostering connections and making a meaningful impact.
